Commented: What style is this home?Why does it matter? If you like it, you do! There is no stylistic category for this design. It is eclectic, borrowing (as I noted) from early Acadian architecture. Hope this is helpful?

Commented: how did you recess the sinksThe lavatories are semi-recessed vessels. The counters included a custom cut-out to suit the specific bowl dimensions.

Commented: Ceiling?Generally referred to as a "coffered ceiling". Albeit, a simple coffer, not as ornate as might be seen in other older buildings. Hope the info is helpful !
