We hired Killian Smith to draw our plans for our house addition, which is 480 sq ft each for the main level and lower level. He is very easy to work with, and creative. Drawing from his extensive architectural experience, he offers many ideas to consider. He can show you various viewings, making it easier to choose what you want. And he gives you exactly what you want. He’s thorough, making sure nothing is overlooked. And throughout the project, he was readily willing to answer all our questions on design details. We found him to be reasonably priced, but more importantly, he has integrity and truly cares to give you his best. It was a very enjoyable experience working with Killian, and we highly recommend him.

I hired Killian Smith Architect to draw some plans for a kitchen remodel in my home. He was efficient and professional with his plans and offered us two options of layouts of our kitchen, He listened to what we wanted and was willing to work with our needs. He was also willing to work with us on the price of his work since we paid him directly instead of paying for it through a contractor. We paid the contractor separately for all the other work that was done.

Killian worked closely with us transferring our ideas for our large covered deck project (12/18 x 45 feet) into a technically accurate drawing package that was perfect for the County Permit Office and our professional framing team. The project was approved quickly and enabled the team to do a complete framing and roof structure in minimal time. His experience from small to corporate design projects and contacts with professional craftsman resulted in a completed stone terrace and deck addition that is wonderful and functional. The result is an additional 1800 square feet of outdoor living space with 1000 square feet of it usable in the rain.

Design and engineering services for addition of two dormers and front porch extension. We had basic drawings from another architect. Killian and team helped us sort through many ideas and renditions to come up with a fantastic end result that fit our needs both functionally and aesthetically. We ended up with two 8' wide dormers using 2x6 framing for higher insulation value. An 8' x 41' front porch with gable opening over front door. Neighborhood residence give nothing but rave reviews of the "before" and "after". We hear "your house is one of the best looking homes in the neighborhood" . "what you did is incredible"
