Kinetic Design Lab, LLC is a full service Design + Build building/interiors/landscape design firm that was founded in 2008, and was formalized in 2015 after family members suffered devastating personal property loss due to hurricane Ike. KdLab is rooted in three basic principles; Honor, Integrity and Fortitude. As a Design + Build business model, we are uniquely positioned to balance all the moving parts of a project and bring it to fruition. Our projects strive for design excellence and a commitment to building on time and on budget.

Devin from Kinetic Design Lab is a true architect in a way that he will look into every aspect of the design. Moreover, he is well verse regarding the process for getting permits approved by the City. He designed a garage apartment for our property and since we did not had a big budget he worked with us to make sure the design elements did not suffer while maximizing every dollar spent. We are pleased with his design philosophy and honest personality.
