The entire team at Park City Design+Build create homes that are both awe-inspiring and eco-conscious. The seamless integration of beauty and efficiency into each of their projects is done with intention and experience. We have had the privilege of working on a number of projects with Chris and the team and can’t recommend them highly enough. Their ability to create a wholistic design with high-functioning elements speaks to their attention to detail, integrity, ease of communication and professionalism.

My company has now built four projects with Chris and Andrew. As a builder, we have come to rely on great interaction with these guys, from concept to reality, they deliver. Chris is a certified Passive House Consultant, which means that he can model the actual comfort levels and energy use of the building, giving his clients a huge advantage. They detail their projects around Passive House concepts , creating amazing spaces filled with natural light and views, as well as being quiet , and superbly comfortable. As far as design originality, their work speaks for itself. PCDB already has an impressive portfolio of unique and cool projects ranging in great size and scale. Each partner brings a unique skill and perspective set to each project, which is just another facet that my firm has come to appreciate. Lastly It would a disservice to not mention the enthusiasm they have for their work, both are energetic , optimistic and forward thinking. It’s hard to put into words the respect that I have for these guys and how much I appreciate working with them.

I have now hired Chris and Andrew four times to design development projects, and they have done very creative and professional work for me each time. They listen, and their solutions are elegant and handsome. I fully expect to continue to do so.
