Commented: Great use of melamine. Looks nice. Is there anything you can share?Not Melamine. We used a wood product called Plexwood which was about 1/4” thick. The pulls are continuous recessed pulls, see the DP224 pull from Doug Mockett.

Commented: what is the diameter of the support column? is it painted?That column is a 4" diameter pipe column. It has been blackened and sealed vs painted.

Commented: FasciaThe fasica is a painted engineered panel (hardie-trim is the most common). There is a few inches of metal flashing above at the roofing. All of that in in-line with our framing and the brick is proud ...
