These guys really know how to bring it. We have worked with a number of firms in the South Bay Area, and we can only rave so much about these guys. Anthony’s is not only a visionary but he is an exceptional listener. We see a lot of blueprints from a number of architects and the ones coming from this firm always seem to excite our taste buds for creativity.

As a door and window provider, I've seen countless sets of renderings and construction plans. The Laney LA team produces some of the most impressive renderings, clear construction plans, and incredible homes I've ever seen. We recently finished the 2004 Pacific Ave. project with them in Manhattan Beach. I highly recommend them to to my South Bay clients.

Laney LA approached us for a project; they needed some 3d renderings produced. They required exterior renderings for a home in a snowy environment and needed the images to reflect a wintery scene. From the beginning of the project, they knew exactly what they wanted in terms of design and finishes, and that made our workflow easier. So, we managed to create a very satisfying and unique result for their client and us. It was great working with Laney LA. They were well prepared and professional. I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Anthony, Alex and the Laney LA team on a large resort project in Malibu. Having always admired the Laney LA projects in the South Bay, we got to work with them recently and it was great. Anthony is very passionate about his projects and clients. We were looking for a material that was no longer available but with persistence we managed to track it down out of state and had the material shipped in to complete the project. This goes to show how far Laney LA will go to make their clients happy.

We hired them to create plans for a tricky remodel requiring multiple compromises due to city requirements because of nonconforming elements we hoped to keep. I don’t think any other form would have tried so hard to “catch our vision” for something that many would have just torn down. Their restoration was brilliant, their persistence exemplary, their vision masterful, and to top it all off, they were the nicest people ever to work with. Loved every minute of the experience. We contacted Laney LA while in escrow to see what home additions were possible for our home in the Redondo Hollywood Riviera. The location and lot size were perfect for us, but the home was too small and we knew we needed to remodel and add additional square footage. We had to sign off on contingencies within 14 days of opening escrow and Laney LA's timely and comprehensive responses to us about the required yard set backs, height restrictions, and process were invaluable in making the decision to finalize escrow. They took a lot of worry, speculation, and concern off of our plate, and we are SO thankful.

Laney LA’s is all about positive energy and good vibes! We used their team to assist our backyard remodel design, including a new swimming pool, pergola and outdoor kitchen. Our whole intention of the project was to have fun with the design phase and Laney and his team definitely enabled the fun throughout! We had them do many iterations of layouts and design and they were always so understanding with all of the changes and requests throughout! We had so many options and they helped us narrow down the best design plan for the space. Throughout construction they were by our side in material selection and change orders all the way down to pool feature wall tile and cool lighting that we would never have come up with on our own. They were always available for quick contact at important phases of construction to answer little but very important questions. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. The end result is we now have the backyard of our dreams that we will hopefully enjoy with our family for a very long time!!

We hired Laney LA to design our front and back yards, including a pool and spa. Laney LA's approach was thoughtful, creative and detailed. It was a pleasure working with Anthony and his team. I contacted Laney LA regarding a dream "Crow's Nest" addition to our house for my wife. This would involve researching city codes, taking measurements and elevations, meetings with the city, providing a sketch, and laying out a path forward. However, I didn't want to get months and tens of thousands of dollars into this and find out that it was too expensive, too intrusive, or rejected by the city. Anthony was able to able to pull all of these elements together quickly and inexpensively so that we could get some quick estimates for the physical completion of the project AND agreement that the city would approve. As it turned out, the Crow's Nest was going to far more expensive (more than $100k) than my wife could stand. Laney LA saved us a lot of money and a lot of time by helping us gather the data required to not build the project! Thank you!
