I needed a set of plans for a nice 2-story garage. I found them and they created a great set of customized plans starting with one of their generic plans. It worked out great.

5 stars - " highest recommendation ". Steve Vatter and his staff did a wonderful job of taking my thoughts and incorporating them in one of their plans to create a "legacy" for my family. Phone and emails were all it took for these consummate professionals to blend ideas with reality in a blueprint. Everything I asked for ( and more !) was done in a timely and courteous fashion. Easy to take the time to write a unsolicited recommendation when the contractor is so easy to work with. Great job !

Go with Steve and his team at Legacy Home Plans if you are looking for excellence, affordability, and truly top-notch customer service! After a pleasant and easy phone conversation, we quickly received, via the convenience of email, our easy-to-read customized plans for our detached garage. Then, when I realized I had made an error in the design, I simply called Steve, and he graciously corrected my error at no charge, sending me the updates within the hour. This company is a true standout, and I highly recommend them for whatever project you have in mind!

There was a barn design we were interested in, short of a few customizations; Steve was easy to work with, soliciting details, providing a preview and adjustments as needed, then producing the final plans in a timely manner. We found the process and his efforts very good and should the need arise, would happily leverage his services again. Thank you!

Since you asked, here it is! They r really nice an can maybe help you with the design, but if you need a real set of plans with all the details an info to actually get a permit this is not the place. We agreed on a price an we got about 1/2 of what we needed and it took twice as long as it should. Then they said what we needed wasn't included in that price! Don't think they knew how to do it! We had to finish them so don't waste your time and money!

I appreciate your review. However, as we stated when you originally ordered the plans, we are professional building designers and are not licensed architects. We are fully capable to provide you with fully detailed plans that meet International Residential Codes. The plans we designed for you do meet the IRC 2015, however did not contain the additional information that was required by your local code enforcement agency there in AZ. I hate that we were not able to satisfy those requirements, but am confident that we completely fulfilled what we promised.
