Kyle Moss is a talented architect with an easy going personality. He is very conscientious and was a wonderful advocate for us with the city from start to finish. He is sensitive to environmental issues while being practical about cost of materials. Our first project was completed over 2 years ago, and I have just hired Kyle this week to look into a new project for us. I highly recommend Levitt and Moss Architects.

As first time home builders, our working relationship with architect Kyle Moss was key to the success of our project. Even before we signed our contract with him, he presented us with concepts for the house and how it could most effectively be situated on the lot. It was his initial renderings that really sold us on working with him. The project involved designing and building a three-story duplex on an undeveloped hillside lot with a very steep slope in Los Angeles. His insights about the placement of the house on the lot helped us avoid unnecessary expense and minimized the lengthy permissions and permitting processes associated with building a house in a city. The orientation of the house also captures the best views and takes advantage of the passive solar and ventilation properties of the site. He also designed a very innovative storm water runoff system that blends in with the natural surroundings. Not only did Kyle design a great house for us, but he remained responsive and helpful over the three years it took to realize the project. He continues to provide consultation to this day. We can't recommend him highly enough.
