We used L.G. for the design of a covered porch and were so impressed we used them to design our remodeled kitchen. We were very happy with both projects, exceeding expectations. Detailed attention was paid to aesthetics and function.

Bonnie and David were great! They wre very thoughtful and attentive to our ideas and needs. I can be a bit sarcastic (sorry! :( ) and they handled it all in stride. We love the work they did, still. It makes our house more our home. And their recommendation on the contractor was spot on.

Lewis Greenspoon Architects has worked with me on three projects and each one has been successful and the end product was as I anticipated. We have done two remodels and one new construction project. The new construction was the most satisfying because we started from scratch, their attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate changes during the process made team work a fluid process. When the construction started LGA was available for consult if needed but the prints we detailed, easy to read and didn't need field modifications at all. We worked with Lewis Greenspoon on a screened room on the deck and a complete kitchen remodel. They are friendly, communicative, and approachable, making them super easy to work with. Bonnie and David were genuinely interested in our needs and desires, then they made plans from there. They were open minded to possibilities and choices, and were clear about pros and cons of the alternatives. They understood that form and function were equally important. They were sensitive to our budget. When working with them, we got the sense that they were "on our side", helping us see the job through from design to completion. Given their talent and the positive experiences we have already had, we have a hard time imagining working with anyone else.

Bonnie and David designed a new look for our house with a wrap around porch and bluestone walk. It expressed our hope for the space with obvious creativity, and indeed looks as if it was always meant to be there!

My project was an expansion and complete remodel of the 2nd floor of a 75 year old house. The project involved demolition, framing, flooring, roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. There were also significant structural issues to address due to the age of, and prior additions to, my home, as well as my wants in the finished product. Lewis Greenspoon brought all the facets of the project together into a cohesive, tasteful, and gorgeous result. They listen, understand, solve problems, and create, in one seamless, graceful arc.
