Linc Thelen Design

I hired Mr Thelen to provide design and project management coordination for two project located in North Center. Mr Thelen handles the coordination with the GC and subcontractors and designed the interior of the house. Mr Thlen led by example and we were successful in selling both homes at a premium due to the excellent flow and deign of the houses. Mr Thelen and I are scheduled to work again on another project this Spring and I look forward.

We hired Linc's team to redecorate our living room. Great experience from front to back. They stayed within budget, we're great to work with and finished when they said they would. The end result is amazing. We are about to contract with them to finish our basement in the spring. Looking forward to the new project!

I have work with LT Design of the years , 1 st project was custom high-end Home in the kids playroom , he design and custom build a castle club house with build-ins and murals of landscape and etc on the wall tie in build-in , same project lower level (Man Cave ) custom painting on the wall with accessory detail designs , 2nd Project with builder to design spec home with custom finishes (doors ,cabinets ,floors exterior ,paint and trim) for new construction home sale,

Linc is one of the most talented designers I know and simply a pleasure to work with. He is smart, creative and knows how to run a smooth project. No attention to details. Berated sub-contractors. Quality was lackluster. We have deep regrets for rehiring Linc to redo our kitchen.

Our family lives in a house built in 1887. Mr. Thelen remodeled our entire first floor. He transformed our space. It is now more functional and looks amazing. We love his work and have recommended him to friends. They used him as well. We highly recommend Linc Thelen Design!
