We renovated our 110yr brick row house in the Glebe. Linebox / Andrew Reeves created a forum to go back and forth with ideas that got us to a place we never thought possible with the project. His skill set is extremely deep and is delivered with humility and respect for both the clients wishes and the scope and limitations of the project. It was such a pleasurable experience with the trades and his office and ultimately himself that we truly didn't want the project to end or come to fruition. It was like a great book or movie that you finish and wish there was more ...which doesn't happen very often at all when it comes to these kind of endeavors. Would hire this small boutique firm hands down in a second for future projects.

I interviewed several Architects before I decided on Andrew Reeves and his team at LineBox. Within the first meeting, I knew that Andrew would be the Architect to design my dream home. It is his combination of amazing listening skills and his ability to ask questions, that truly enabled him to capture my vision, as his client. I described to Andrew what I was looking for and he pointed me to a project that he had worked on with Larchwood Urban Developments and it was just finishing construction. It was the first place I saw and I fell in love. The design details by Linebox, and construction quality of Larchwood made this an obvious and easy decision. I first found out about LineBox and Andrew through a friend. I was looking for someone to handle the complete gut and renovation of my condo in Toronto. After looking at his previous work I noticed very cool design details that I haven’t seen before and an overall sense of style that I liked very much. I'm a control freak and very particular with design so I was a bit nervous about working with a professional for the first time. After meeting with Andrew I noticed he was extremely knowledgable with the design and build process. He had a talent with taking my vague ideas and turning them into a clear picture of what I wanted. I really liked that and hired him to start immediately. The project came in under budget due to some innovative design techniques and was on time too! But probably the most satisfying thing about the renovation was almost everyone that visits my place comments how amazing it looks. I was very pleased with my first experience dealing with an architect and plan to use Andrew and his company for many projects in the future.

My wife and I always wanted to build our own home. We tracked Linebox through the website for a while. Once we were ready to move forward with a project, we contacted Andrew and a couple of other competing firms. The main reasons why we chose Linebox were Andrew's focus on designing the house that my wife and I wanted, his willingness to incorporate our vision into the project, as well as his honest assessment of the real costs of building the house we wanted. I liked the fact that Andrew remained fully involved in the project from beginning to end. From the iterative process of nailing down the design that I loved, to his understanding and involvement in ensuring that contstruction was as expected, everything went well. This is the first, and last house that my wife and I will ever build, and I am happy we did it with Linebox.

Some things just come together with the upmost of ease. When we bought our warehouse I went and photographed the outside of a building that I loved in the area. Many months later, on Houzz I noticed designs so like the photographs I had taken. One or two clicks revealed that LineBox was the company that had designed the space I liked. I emailed Andrew late on a Wednesday night and low and behold a few days later and we were sitting having a glass of wine the the space we needed help with. The project is on the go right now and we couldn't be happier with the designs, the process and the creativity. We will have an amazing house along with a townhouse project that is unfolding. Andrew and his team have made this process really easy and reduced our stress dramatically.

Alumilex has worked on many projects designed by LineBox. Their designs and hard work actually make our work stand out. The greatest feeling , is to drive by a construction built several years ago. And have the feeling it's been built yesterday. That is what a solid design is all about. Looks that will remain contemporary for decades. And details that will allow a building to grow old.
