Lisa carefully listened to all of our creative ideas and turned those into detailed plans that would meet all local permitting requirements for our second story screened porch and deck project. She has a gift for understanding what we were looking for and then suggesting improvements for details that we did not know to consider. She is knowledgeable about building codes and thorough in her analysis of the project, which really streamlined the process and allowed our builder to get started sooner and keep the project timeline on track. Seeing Lisa’s designs allowed us to really visualize the finished product. She provided options on a couple of things where we couldn’t decide until seeing her designs helped us to make a decision. We absolutely love working with Lisa and highly recommend her!

Lisa was a pleasure to work with throughout my remodel project. She is very professional, listens to her client's needs, and is a creative problem solver. She designed plans to split a Jack/Jill bathroom into two separate en-suite bathrooms. We are extremely pleased with the end result. The contactor, plumber, and electician were all very complimentary of the plans. Having these detailed plans made their work much easier and therefore, saved me money! Lisa is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are in the process of downsizing to a senior friendly, one-story home on our farm. I know what I want (total renovation with add-on family room, arts and crafts style) but don't have the expertise to put the pieces together. We had a garage to be remodeled. We knew we wanted a larger master bedroom, bath and laundry room but were unsure of how to lay it out so it would flow with the rest of the house. We also didn't want to get bids from a contractor without a plan of the project. Lisa listened to our wishes and designed the perfect project for us. She was also always there for help during the project if we or the contractor had any questions. She is very easy to work with and listens to your concerns. She also helped us find a contractor and made some recommendations for material shopping to help keep cost down.

LLG Residential Design did an amazing job with our kitchen. We've wanted to do the renovation for years but until Lisa showed us how to make it work in our 1888 house we just didn't have the motivation. Our design was not only gorgeous but also appropriate for our Victorian Cottage with all the modern touches! We have an unusual space, and didn't want to add square footage. My wife and I worked with Lisa at LLG Residential Design on an addition to our house and a renovation of our kitchen. Lisa was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Lisa provided a lot of help not just on the planning of the addition and kitchen but also on how to deal with the builder, codes, and even input of materials and fixtures. Our project came out much better and for less cost due to a number of recommendations we never would have thought of. One idea in particular that everyone raves about when they see it was to use wainscoting in a particular area. Not only was it a great idea and really makes the room but Lisa also had an idea for which materials to use that dramatically cut the cost.
