LOFT212 ARCHITECTURE + CONSTRUCTION Loft212Architecture was founded in 2005 by Annie Ayva and it explores the basic aspect of human nature through the creation of space which is both sheltering and expansive, communal and intimate, permanent and ephemeral. Our practice has evolved into a multi-disciplinary group producing work, which bridges interior design & architecture awareness for construction of residential and commercial projects. Each project leads to a poetics of space, characterized by the sculptural interplay of light, material, and form following norms, safety & standards. We stand by to the principal ethos of modernism, to strip away the extraneous and be somewhat functional. Our commitment is to excellence and to our customers, making their needs our main objectives. The service, the quality of our design and punctuality, give our company an added value during the past fourteen years of experience in Mexico, USA, and Latin America. During our fusion at 2016, we create our Building & Construction sister company. This integration made us expand our services towards our clients' needs, fulfilling in house construction of architectonic projects, installation & calculation of building hydraulics & electricity, soil mechanics studies, project management & estimation.
