Lolio Architect

We hired Bob Lolio to help create our dream beach house in Margate, NJ and have absolutely no regrets. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process and worked hard to achieve all the details we desired for the end product. He was very easy to work with and was always able to find a common ground when my husband and I had opposing views. Bob was extremely patient and understanding throughout all of the changes we made during the process. His flexibility was also much appreciated since the house we are building is a vacation home and we are not there full time. He was great at thinking out of the box and coming up with unique and creative ideas for the house. He's been very reliable with seeing the whole project through and working with the builder when the need arises. I would highly recommend working with Bob, he cares a great deal about what he does and it shows.

Bob Lolio, Architect was a great find for my husband and I when we were building a shore home on the Jersey beach. He heard my need and wishes and made them come true. The house is about 70% built. Each time I visit I’m even more blown away by seeing “our” vision We’ve already recommended him to friends with no doubt that he won’t make their dreams come true too.

Bob is an excellent highly skilled architect. We are more than satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of the construction process. From our initial meeting to the receipt of the finalized drawings Bob's attention to detail and code requirements for the township was evident. The construction permit was issued immediately without any changes required to the stamped construction drawings. We have received several comments from kitchen designers, and interior decorators about how well the house is laid out with the space available. Rob Lolio is an excellent architect. He is patient, accommodating and talented. He created a House design that we would never have been able to figure out on our own. Even after exploring houses all over the seashore towns around margate. He put design features in that have created a beautiful home. Together we worked through his original design and rob figured out how to include all of our needs. He is easy to work with and will combine your vision with his talent and ideas!!!!

Robert Lolio and I have a professional relationship working with clients, but I also used Robert to design my own personal home that is currently under construction. I could not be happier. As an interior designer I came to the drawing board with a lot of ideas of how I wanted the house to layout with adjacencies and sizes of rooms. We had a few unique situations with our lot and building requirements and Robert listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He is very responsive and creative. I would highly recommend Robert Lolio.

Bob was absolutely a gem to work with. He designed our shore house, incorporated all of our "must have", "nice to have" items, coordinated with the local zoning office, produced the approved drawings. He was in touch and reconciled all necessary items with the builder and was available to make minor adjustments to save us money on construction. Our house is almost ready and could not be happier about how it is turning out to be. We enjoyed the creative experience with Lolio Architect and would recommend him to anyone.
