Louis Banks Design Build

We cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Louis! We used him for two MAJOR renovation projects at my house and he was a true professional (and teammate!) from start to finish. The combination of his attention to detail, conscientiousness and talent is really what sets him apart. He knows both sides of the house (; )...couldn't help the pun) with both his experience as an architect and a contractor. I recommend him to all of my friends without hesitation!

As an interior designer, I have worked with my fare share of architects and builders, and I cant speak highly enough of Louis. We have completed two large scale projects together: a complete gut renovation of a historic home, as well as a new home construction. He is a very talented architect, and very capable project manager. This makes ALL of the difference on the success of home renovation or design project. When a project runs smoothly, everyone can rest easy. With Louis you get a great builder who can provide you with this peace of mind as well as a seasoned architect who understands how a home should look and feel. His exteriors are beautiful, and the interior flow of the homes he designs are great. He is fun to work with to boot. I highly recommend him!
