She designed our home to fit us and our lives and worked hard to ensure that no small detail was overlooked. We had many ideas on what we wanted which we passed along to her, and she came back to us with an initial design which we worked together to adjust and make it exactly what we wanted. We moved in at the end of August and I can honestly say that this is our dream house! She hit the mark on functionality and fit and we are so very happy with the final product!!

Megan at M Architecture was professional, timely, with a flair for design and perhaps most importantly, was great to work with. I highly recommend this firm for Architectural work. They spent time to understand the project, and worked in close collaboration with us to finalize the design. We also generated 3-D renderings of the top options to make a final selection, which was extremely beneficial. They then provided all the drawings/blue prints needed and worked with my city officials to ensure everything went smoothly with permitting. They also consulted during the construction phase as, invariably, questions arose and they provided timely/sound advice and updated drawings, working well with my general contractor. The job scope included a full modernization of the front elevation (windows, doors, awning, stone, driveway. etc.), an expanded entry space (including a floating staircase) inside the home, and redesigned back patio (including fireplace and summer kitchen). Now, with the job near completion, almost everyone stops whenever they see me outside, to congratulate me on the fantastic design and modern look. Pricing for services was extremely reasonable and Megan always responded promptly and professionally in all interactions. As an engineer and Senior executive with a major Corporation, I was impressed by their attention to detail (no small feat) and quality of work. I recommend M architecture without reservation. 5 stars!

Megan is a trendsetter that is not afraid to push design boundaries. She is versatile in a multitude of design styles and can flawlessly combine aspects from two or more design styles. I can attest that Megan is both a builder’s Architect and an owner’s/client’s Architect, as she is very detailed and communicative. I have worked with dozens of Architects both commercially and residentially over the last 15-years. Megan is at the top of list. We have completed a number of projects together and I look forward to many more in the years to come.

We had the pleasure of working with Megan on the design of our dream home (one that had been visioned in our heads for many years). It’s not easy task to translate images in the heads of clients to a home that is functional, practical, and aesthetically pleasing. Well, Megan did just that. She is a technically gifted architect who thinks 2 steps ahead, is patiently open to client suggestions/requests, is incredibly creative, and fun to work with. To boot, she managed to deliver our dream design ahead of the original schedule. Megan was also readily available to answer questions and meet with our builder and vendors when we encountered critical decision points. We believe that the most important thing for Megan is to have happy clients and see her designs come to life as envisioned. As my husband and I think about our original asks for the home and what we now have, we cannot think of one thing that wasn’t addressed in the architectural design. We do not and have not hesitated for a second to recommend Megan to friends and family and without a doubt would work with her on any future projects!

I absolutely loved working with M Architecture. They helped us renovate our 1970’s house and took it from outdated and dark to open and airy. They took exactly what I had in my mind and made it even better. I never would have thought my house could look like it does now. They were very responsive and I always felt like they listened and were able to translate what I was asking for into real life. 10/10 would recommend.

Of all the designers and architects I've worked with, Megan at M Architecture exceeds my expectations every time. Truly collaborative with no ego, has a beautiful way of understanding what I'm trying to accomplish and offers options on how to achieve it, and always turns out a product that has that "it" factor. I've worked with Megan on new construction townhomes, large luxury homes, additions to Historic homes, and everything in between. She's always accessible and fun to work with, which is why I turn to her every time, even if it's to get her input on a floor plan. I trust her implicitly, and my clients rave about all the little details they wouldn't have thought of but Megan made sure they made it into the plan.

I hired m architecture for a remodel of two full bathrooms that were decades old. Megan was fantastic in providing ideas for design and décor, and helped identify ways of using underutilized space. Once the original design was done, she was very understanding and responsive as circumstances had changed and the project had to be scaled back. In the end her ideas helped turn two functional bathrooms into two bathrooms that make the owner and guests feel like they are in a luxury hotel or spa.

Megan was friendly and professional. She listened to our needs and desires when designing our home . She was considerate in keeping the scope a historic Victorian cottage, while making it a comfortable, modern and stylish family home.

Megan does amazing work. While extremely creative, what I like most about Megan is what a great listener she is... genuinely interested in learning about her clients and what they want to achieve with their project and not trying to push her ideas like some architects do. M Architecture helped me turn an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like retreat! Before, it was so masculine and oddly shaped... I could not envision how it could ever be transformed into something modern, beautiful AND functional. But Megan could! Her talents with best use of space and color palette made it look like a whole new room. She also helped me to update my kitchen- I thought I’d only have enough funding for the bathroom, but she was able to offer ideas to update the kitchen and give it a whole new fresh look without breaking the bank! She really worked with me to make it personal to my specific tastes. 110% recommend her and will reuse for any future projects!

Megan is great, she designed our dream home. She was very professional. Megan was always in constant contact during the project, informed us on specifics as the project was underway. At no time did we feel dissatisfied or in-the-dark. The entire project from initial discussion of the project to the very end was smooth. She gave us great ideas and suggestions for the best outcome. I hired M Architecture at the beginning of 2019 for an entire renovation of my home in Montrose. The beginning property was a 1930s home that I had purchased and was never updated. The project was an entire gut job and the only things that were original that we kept was the exterior walls. From day one M Architecture was prompt and thorough in their work. Within a week she was able to have a design plan for the house that did not have to be adjusted at all. Her details all the way down to the cabinet layout in the kitchen and the layout of the laundry room was perfect down to the last detail. I also utilized M Architecture for interior design selection and finishes selections. I could not be happier with the design on the interior that she was able to pick that fit me and my personality perfectly. I also used M architecture for an office build out in midtown. The office houses approximately 35 employees and she was able to plan a design that fits perfectly for all the employees. I have used other architectural services in the past and M Architecture far exceeded any other service that I utilized in the past. Their professionalism and ability to adapt work to the client they are working with is better then any other company I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an architect and I plan on using them again in the future for any other project that I have.

Megan is a fantastic to work with when you need an architect. She offers suggestions and ideas, but will listen to your own ideas as well. She has extensive knowledge and she will take the time to go over all the details with you personally and has great relationships with the permit and planning office of West University Place (where we are building). She quickly gets back to you with your designs as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about Megan. We have never built before and Megan has guided us through this 1st step of the process and we appreciate all of her expertise, her patience with us, and her final product. Megan was the architect who designed our new home. We demolished our previous home, doubled the size and rebuilt with a more modern design. She was able to include all our requirements. She is so easy to work with and her design skills are amazing. There are so many decisions that you have to make when building a new home. It is quite overwhelming; but Megan is a professional that makes the process enjoyable.

I love my house thanks to Megan at M Architecture. I had actually hired a different firm and they refused to do what I asked. I had countless meetings with them only to leave and come back a week later to find they did not do the changes I asked, this went on for 4 months. I called Megan, she gave me three options within a week and when I chose a design and wanted to make a few changes she brought her computer over and she worked with me. Making the changes in real time helped tremendously as I am a visual person.
