Consultation & Discovery The first meeting is held together at the location so we can meet and understand client's needs and vision for the space. A series of strategic questions are asked to get to know client's design styles. The space gets photographed, necessary measurements are taken, and then we discuss the projects soul, budget and timeline. Agreement & Start A simple design contract is composed and provided to client that outlines the scope of services and exact deliverables. Once everything is agreed upon a retainer is provided and the design project is happily underway. We pride ourselves in keeping clients in the loop and comfortable during the entire process from handshake to launch. Concept & Presentation A custom designed presentation is hand crafted for clients. Design concept is presented with photos, sketches, magazine images, and samples of finishes to help client visualize the design plan. Any refinements and adjustments will be carefully made until client is comfortable and happy with everything and has approved the design concept. Implementation & Fulfillment Everything is approved, deposits are made, products are ordered, contractors selected and workers scheduled. We make sure work is progressing on schedule and we discussed. We coordinate and oversee installation of furnishings, accessories, and artwork. Everything is complete and we all take satisfaction in a job well done!
