Excellent and very professional. Work performed on time as requested. Marco Barrios speaks excellent English and Spanish. He owners a truck to handle delivery of smaller items. I could not have completed the project without his assistantance.

Marco came up with a design idea for two new 2 Bedroom furnished rental apartments. I wasn't sure what style I wanted, all I knew is that I wanted the apartments to look very attractive in advertising and feel very homey to our short-term tenants. Marco created a very contemporary, yet homey feel for both apartments. He chose all the materials for the flooring, cabinets, counters and lighting plus every object, furniture, art work, bed linens up to the appliances and the kitchen ware was handpicked. Since we were on a budget, he had some custom, yet affordable sofa and chair pieces made which bring the place to life. And also some details like the coffee table, the foldable balcony table and the coat hunger were designed and custom made. All of our tenants have raved about the apartments. Some have even extended their stay as they enjoy their home away from home. In the end, Marco came up with a design that hopefully hotel companies with their sterile and cookie-cutter room designs don't copy as i'd rather their guests stay with me.
