Lee Martin designed our waterfront home in Harbor Beach, Ft Lauderdale. He did an amazing job giving this house a contemporary feel with a nod to the Mediteranian home it shares the yard with. Lee designed a very open and flowing house with views out and across the property making the rear yard feel very large. With the large garage and resort style pool area entertaining will be a priority. We hired Lee to oversee the construction and he made it very easy to keep track of the construction process. Lee was very easy to work within made our project low stress!

We have know Lee Martin for 15 years and worked with him on several home projects including a brand new home as well as a challenging renovation of an older beach home. Lee Martin has been a pleasure to work with. He help me realize a dream building a water front vacation home in an out island community in the Bahamas. The site of the house is on a 60 ft cliff . Lee was very helpful in the design process we researched vernacular style of the historic homes in Harbour Island and designed a practical contemporary version of using materials well suited for the marine environment. Lee drew excellent plans and worked well with my contractor throughout the build. The house is a simple vacation home plan is indoor outdoor with a large deck which is peak out over the edge of the cliff. My family and I have been thrilled with the project and use the house regularly. I had a guest come to the site and her word were simlply Sublime. I love my house and Lee was wonderful to work with.

I have worked with Martin Architect on a Home Theater project in Harbor Beach, and it was a pleasure to work with such a professional and knowledgeable company. Mr. Martin has a tremendous talent for listening closely to a clients oral wishes and then transcribing them to drawings, in front of the client, in matter of seconds. He creates well proportioned pictures with great depth perception. This uncanny talent moves the design phase of the project rapidly in the direction the client desires. Mr. Martin is also fastidious making himself available to follow all details of the project through completion.
