My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Devon of Maze Development Group earlier last year. After a couple of months of searching for the right designer to help us bring our dream home one more step to fruition, I knew we had found the right person for the job after our initial meeting with Devon. We came to the meeting with a list of desires and some rough sketches, and he just seemed to get it right away and knew exactly what we were looking to accomplish with our project. He took those sketches and lists and turned them into a remarkable home that fits all of our needs and most of our wants. We’re both delighted with what Devon was able to create for us, and I can’t overstate how positive, enjoyable and engaging he made the entire process for us. I would highly recommend anyone to trust Maze Development Group with their projects, as we defiantly plan on being repeat clients for an additional project of our own in the future.

Maze Development recently completed our kitchen renovation and created a beautiful space. Our original space was a kitchen, dining area and family room combination. Our goals for the project included: removing a partial wall between the kitchen and family room; creating a larger, more functional island; extending kitchen cabinets to ceiling; adding a gas cooktop, exhaust vent and vent hood. All phases of the project went smoothly: 1) 2D computer drawings were used to create a visual representation of our ideas for the space. This technology is an excellent tool to help the client visualize the completed project. 2) Good communication existed between contractor and client. We were always kept informed about delays, other issues during project. 3) Organizational efforts required for project were very satisfactory. Detailed and updated invoices were provided throughout project. Inspections were promptly scheduled. Workers were very efficiently scheduled. Various tradespeople worked throughout work week and sometimes on weekends. Throughout project, there were very few days when someone was not on site completing jobs. 4) The craftsmanship of the work produced by various tradespeople was very good. The work of the cabinet makers was extraordinary. 5) Every effort was made to keep the project on schedule. We were very surprised to be asked when we would like to see the project completed. (Never before had a contractor asked us that question!) Overall, we were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism exhibited by Maze Development and would without hesitation recommend them to others seeking a positive renovation experience.
