My wife and I hired Michael Hsu Office of Architecture after having positive experiences with them on commercial projects they have done for us - which they have a well regarded reputation. For our home they provided design and construction management services for a ground-up residential project on a rare lot overlooking Barton Springs Pool in the coveted South Austin Zilker Neighborhood. The Hsu team provided great guidance in the concept development stage of the design and perhaps their greatest attribute was their willingness to listen to our functional needs for our family, the specific layout desires, and our overall aesthetics for the home. The Hsu team provided detailed plans that enabled construction to have minimal change orders and coordinate the difficult aspects of Structural and Mechanical integration, making for a very comprehensive design.

While currently still in the construction process, my experience has been stellar. Though delays are inevitable, it is an exciting project.
