Teresa started out great, but kept disappearing throughout the job. She would be attentive then not answer texts or emails for days to weeks. She designed our kitchen and ordered the cabinets. They were to be delivered in February, finally came April 1 ,and are still not complete (June 5). Many, but not all, of the problems can be attributed directly to her. She has been out of touch since April 1, and we have had to communicate through the company rep. She has not been in contact for over 2 months. We are not sure what has happened, but she has delayed our job over and over and cost us thousands of dollars.

Teresa Simpson of Midcoast Home Designs did a wonderful job of taking house plans we purchased from Coastal Living and modifying them to suit our needs. She was always full of ideas and technical information. We were on a tight budget and she was really conscious of that in specking out the house. With her help and a great contractor (Plum Good Builders, Brunswick, ME), we came in pretty close to our budget. We love the way the house came out.

I met Teresa Simpson, the owner of MidCoast Home Designs, while trying to purchase and renovate two properties in Jefferson, Maine. She was courteous, prompt in her responses, offered me a discounted price on her services to meet my needs and gave me referrals to other contractors in the area. She also took valuable time out of her day to look at them in anticipation of timely completion of the plans. Although I did not win the bid on those projects, I would welcome the opportunity to have her work with me on the plans for my new home in Augusta which should be closing in two months.
