Molten/Lamar Architects are the best firm I have had the privilege of working with. Very complete detail drawings and good on sigh communication as well. Always willing to listen an do what's best for the client and job as well. Also very good construction supervision.

Richard and Dick did a fantastic job from conceiving the home to producing a most detailed package of drawings (layout, elevations, construction detail, trim, HVAC, Electrical) to working with us and the builder to complete. We hired Molten/Lamar to redesign our home to better suit our lifestyle. They reconfigured two small bedrooms upstairs into a large bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. A new master suite was added with his/hers baths and a dressing area/closet with a granite topped island and built in drawers. The foyer was made larger by removing a coat closet and widening the hall. We loved working with Molten/Lamar.
