We used Mon & Associates services to finish our basement and it was great to work with Paul. He presented helpful suggestions that worked for us within our budget and tried to maximize the usable space, which for our townhouse was a bit limited. The contractors that were brought in to do the work were generally considerate and thorough, sometimes needing a reminder to close the front door but otherwise did great work. Even though my wife and I work from home we were rarely bothered by the construction, which finished on time and we're quite satisfied with the result. Thank you Paul & team for a great job.

I appointed Paul for the remodeling work of my newly bought condo at Angus Glen last October. Paul was easy to work with and paid attention to details. Paul helped us to reimagine and renovate most of our house, including the master ensuite, kitchen, basement, and patio. He listened to our requests, and spent time with us to learn of our personalities, in order to understand how to better customize the designs to suit our desires. In addition, he taught us some basic examples of how to combine the flooring/tiles, wall paint colour, and room layout to be complimentary. Included in the renovations was making better use of the floor space in the ensuite and kitchen, compared to the original builder's design. In addition, we appreciated his attention to detail, in even small things like the shower trim and bathroom mirrors that are unique. We also appreciated that Paul closely monitored the renovations himself, and continously gave us updates. In particular, he noticed that the kitchen tiles didn't meet his standard, and asked his contractors to redo the entire section. We highly recommend Paul for your future renovations or custom designs.

Excellent input into renovation of entire interior of home, except for the ceilings. First hired Mr. Mon in 2017, for hardwood floors and second floor bathroom, Again in 2018 for the kitchen, the ensuite bathroom, the powder room, the fireplace and the folyer. The contractors he used are exceptional in their workmanship. Will hire him again for other projects.

Paul is a talented and trustful designer, he brought out the hidden beauty of my townhouse. He worked closely with us for several months, from formulating the design to working hand-in-hand with the contractors. Now we have a spacious living room with ceiling high marble fireplace penal, a warm and minimal dining room and a stunning kitchen. We are very pleased to have Paul as our Pro.
