I worked with Malavika and Vivek for my first home that I purchased in Bangalore. They really understood the brief and what I had in mind in terms of aesthetics and delivered accordingly. Malavika even went along with my family in Bangalore for purchasing things like my oven and gas. Overall I am satisfied with the look and feel of my place. I would highly recommend Vivek and Malavika if you are thinking of doing up your home.

MV Architects named Vivek did a decent job in our Apartment..especially the veneer work has come out exceptional..we liked the quartz idea which is easy to manage Initially Vivek came up with good design when we wanted some changes he made sure all these will fit in the design and delivered accordingly.. Even though there was pandemic situation he did not compromise in any of the material, timelines etc we would recommend Vivek if you are looking for quality works..

Once we conclude the design he would prepare a video presentation of how the interior would look making it easy for us to visualize our home. When I got my apartment in Sobha Dream Acres, I was plagued with worry as to how to get the interiors done. It looked like a mountain of work from simple bolt to wardrobes, to kitchen, to furniture to soft furnishing. While the options were many, none of them seemed to give me the comfort that they will ‘own’ the project. Vivek was introduced to me by my cousin and after a few meetings I was assured that Vivek will provide me a customized and turnkey solution. The design sessions were many and ideas were exchanged, he made sure that designs meet my personal taste, is customized for my tiny abode and also is value for money. I am highly satisfied with the result and thank Vivek wholeheartedly for taking a big load off my mind.

We personally wanted a Turn Key interiors because of our own busy schedule and limited time to move to new house. Vivek made sure the design and 3D were well within our budget and matches our expectations based on our initial meetings He very well explained details of design and materials used and its market rate. This helped in confirming whether the budget is optimal or not. After we approved the design, He took care of procurment of materials to delivery completly and we were promptly updated on progress. He worked directly with Electrician and plumber so we did not have to involve or followup on anything. Apart from the contract Vivek involved in selecting curtains to Fans to anything we had to buy and made sure it matches to the interiors.

I have been collaborating with MV Architects since 2012 till date in different project's of various scales and typologies. MV Architects as a studio has a good work ethics relationships and commitment towards each project they work on. I have been very fortunate to be the part of their project team.

Vivek and we (me and my wife) entered into a turnkey contract agreement where he had to deliver on the interior design and execution of our 3 bedroom-hall-kitchen apartment. we were looking for full package of design and build as I had no prior knowledge about home interiors, I could not differentiate between the kinds of wood, I had no idea about plywood / laminate brands in the market and the vendors selling them. From our first meeting Vivek made us feel very comfortable, he took structured notes of our requirements, asked questions and made suggestions. The first draft of the design was very close to our requirement. He made a presentation and explained to us the concepts he had used. His presentation and drawings gave us a very good overview as to how our finished house will look. He had captured all our thoughts, he space utilization was optimal, there were enough storage areas as required by us he had even made provisions for our aquarium. He had attention for details and the smallest detail was taken care off, example the study table and storage near the French window had a gap so that the curtains would not obstruct the table. we made a few iterations to the design and everytime went over the 3D video and images to understand how the design is evolving. he used colours, decorative lights and finishing material wisely, giving each room his unique identity. the master bedroom was mellow, the kids lively the study bright and the living sober. his price estimate with the final bill of quantities was similar to the price indicated in the contract. He had even managed to include fittings and extras which he had not promised earlier. Everything was as we had desired, we did not have to make any compromises. During the execution, Vivek took over complete responsibility as promised. he had professional carpenters working for him, he took care of entire procurement of plywood, laminates, fittings, granite, glass everything. he co-ordinated between different vendors to carry out the work. Even the smallest modification was discussed with us, vivek ensured that the colour, shade and finish was exactly like how he had shown us in the 3 D drawings. the theme wall colours, the sofa, dinning table, sofa cum bed looked fantastic. Although not a part of the contract, Vivek helped us with in choosing upholstery, fixing water softeners and even making choice in kitchen appliances. The finished home looked like a home, simple, colourful and livable.

Layout and planning was done perfectly to my satisfaction. Was taking personal interest from beginning to end of project. Outlook of the house came out Execellent . Liked and appreciated by many people. Interior planning very well done. I will say it is excellent job.
