The work Marc and Kelly did exceeded all of our expectations. They were with us from the early design stages of pencil and napkin to the final construction punch list items. They are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and were able to guide us through the process of designing and building our home from scratch. Early on, we challenged them to design a home that was unique and special to us, while at the same time related to the surroundings of the small Jersey shore community in which it resides. They designed an efficient, yet elegant solution that we enjoy every day. Marc and Kelly also assisted us in the selection of materials and equipment that would insure that our home would be able to withstand the sometime harsh weather environment that is common on the shore. A year has passed since we moved into our home and we wake up every day in wonder and amazement at how everything came out. The husband and wife team of N2 Architecture complement each other perfectly and they were able to provide us with both a male and female perspective on every aspect of designing and living in a new home. We were devastated when we lost our beach cottage during Superstorm Sandy. Luckily, when we were ready to rebuild, a friend directed us to N2 Architecture. We had a very big wish list for a home to be built on a very small lot. Kelly and Marc of N2 Architecture were able to incorporate all of our ideas, and added many terrific suggestions, for the best use of space and beautiful design. They provided meticulous attention to detail for permits and blueprints , and maintained direct support throughout construction. We are absolutely thrilled with the style and comfort of our new beach house!

As a family client (a mother and two adult sons), we were never an easy client with a totally unified vision for our project, yet Marc and Kelly helped us shape and refine our multiple visions into a singular reality. Their patient and professional guidance throughout the project, from initial design discussions, drafts through bidding and construction, were beyond expectations every step of the way. We interviewed almost a dozen architects, checked many references, drove to many job sites and even hired two other architects before finding N2. Mark, Kelly and their team have done an amazing job designing our families beach home after it had been destroyed by Super Storm Sandy.
