We used Jeff for a significant renovation of a vintage unit. He worked with us on several different design concepts, always flexible about balancing our thoughts with his expertise. His design of our kitchen always got rave reviews from visitors. He also saved us significant amounts of headaches and money by staying on top of the contractor throughout the construction process. He caught several things that we never would have noticed and added value at several steps along the way.

The Collective Office did the drawings for my construction of a Gothic Revival cottage in Michigan. It came out beautifully and has impressed not only me, but family, neighbirs and friends.

We hired Jeff Klymson & Collective Office for a to-the-studs home rehab in 2012. We had only a rough idea of what we were looking for, and were impressed with Jeff's ability to translate our hopes into a concrete project. We were actually so impressed with his work that we retained him to help us create an RFP for the work, and to then stay on providing project management services, ensuring the finer details were followed to the letter.

Jeff worked with us on a "flying deck" project in Michigan. The result has absolutely blown everyone away who sees it. He did a terrific job with the design, was a pleasure to do business with, and was very responsive and collaborative. I cannot overstate the incredible reception the final product has received.
