I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Modroo Designs on a beautiful Log Cabin vacation home that needed Control4 Smart Home automation. Its great to work with a designer that knows the importance of today's technologies being implemented into the "form" of the home in order to reach maximum "function" no matter what experience the customer needs or expects. Nick's professionalism and vision will propel his designs well into the future.

I have worked with Nick on several different projects over the course of the last few years. As a decorative concrete artisan I am constantly seeking out architects who have the vision to embrace current, edgy designs elements. On every project that Nick and I have collaborated on he has brought refreshing and intriguing ideas to the table, with well thought out and detailed renderings which made it simple for the clients and myself to move forward with. He is a team player and stays on track from the digging of the foundation through the final walk through.

Nick is so talented! He has a great eye for detail, and really thinks through the "wow factor" design aspects. He is a great communicator and really listens to your needs. We would highly recommend Nick's work. Looking forward to enjoying our new home!

Commented: Where did you get the railings and baller tears, love the look.Railing was made by a local metal fabricator and the tears were in the cabin from the onset and simply re-used. So I'm not sure where they came from originally.
