I hired Nicole to take some before photographs of a lake house that I planned to remodel remotely. She also did some CAD drawings and floor plans. I hired Nicole sight unseen. We never met as Nicole is in Michigan (where the house is) and I live in California. Nicole was very responsive, thorough and professional. Her charges were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

Nicole helped me renovate a few investment properties and with my personal residence. Nicole has a great eye for design and architecture. She is professional, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for any design, renovation, and architecture needs.

I hired Nicole Kammo Design as project manager and designer for my new home renovation project. Nicole offered her professional and expert designs and walked us step by step through the renovation process. From the beginning she updated us with punch lists, budget lists, selection lists, and expert designs to help us keep on track and help us feel comfortable with our choices and selections. She met with us regularly to pick flooring, appliances, bathroom selections, tiles, paint , fixtures and much more. Her layout designs helped us visualize what our bathrooms and kitchen would look like. She valued and respected our opinions and helped us make changes when needed. Our bathroom remodels are beautiful and we are very happy with all tile and plumbing selections. My contractor Reno's Construction was happy to work with Nicole. She gave him updated punch lists and kept him informed with any changes. She also provided him with sketches and pictures of tile layout design and instructions for design. She was always available to meet with us to go over plans. Her easy personality and professional attitude made it a pleasure to work with Nicole. She also met with us for Kitchen design at Kitchen Concepts in Ferndale.. She helped us make cabinet and tile selection and helped with layout of kitchen. Nicole also helped with selection and design of molding throughout house including our fireplace. Also, Nicole offered her expertise on designing a home office. She helped with wood selection and cabinet design. Overall, Nicole was with us every step of the way making sure we were informed, helping us save money, material selections throughout house, design and much more. Not only is Nicole talented and excellent at her job but she cares and wants you to be happy and comfortable in your new home. She understood our style and worked hard to make sure we were happy. It was a pleasure working with Nicole and she is highly recommended for all remodel and design needs. We love our new home and are very grateful to have worked with Nicole.

I used Nicole Kammo Design to help with the renovation and decorating of my new home recently. I was struggling trying to make our new home look nice and functional, and of course stay within our budget. After a few mistakes, and impulsive decisions, I decided to get help, Nicole came to the rescue. She was able to look over my home, take precise measurements, and visualize what changes needed to be done. She quickly got to work, laying out each room and walls with design ideas. Her architectural background made for a distinct, and well-thought out design plan. She created a board for me to follow on Pinterest, filling it with great items for my home. She also sent me lots of emails highlighting any projects we discussed or ideas she had to share with me. Nicole has been very understanding of my budget and patient with me in determining my home style. She is very passionate and detail oriented about her work. Nicole is still filling my home with unique ideas and items that I love, and I would highly recommend working with her for projects large or small.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. I was very overwhelmed after I first moved and didn’t know where to start. Nicole took all the appropriate measurements and helped me determine the changes and additions I needed to make. She was able to give me a visual of how we wanted to lay out each room and wall projects through her architecture sketches which really helped me make an informed decision. She was very patient and understood my budget and style. Her guidance enabled me to make great decisions that made my house a home. Nicole kammo designs did not only meet my husbands and I every requirement, but rather exceeded them! She was extremely easy to work and communicate with which was very important to us because we wanted to feel comfortable coming to her. She was very dependable, during the whole time of our renovation she was doing what she was suppose to when she was suppose to and her level of service was outstanding. She gave us her opinion and although she didn't obligate us to take it, we did on everything because her ideas and creativity improved our house to another level. I truly got my dream home on a perfect budget by working with Nicole, she was a perfectionist and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!!!
