Richard Nilsson founded Nilsson Architects in 2001 and he has been working in the architectural design field since 1986. He is a professional architect licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York states. His design practice serves clients primarily in Metropolitan Boston but also in Metropolitan New York and internationally. Richard received his professional degree from The School of Architecture at Syracuse University where he was awarded the Cutler Memorial Scholarship of design excellence, for study in Florence, Italy. He has worked at several of Boston's premier Architectural Firms and he was recruited to serve as a principal architect for SSH International of Kuwait where he completed a variety highly-regarded urban, hospitality, commercial and residential design works throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Nilsson Architects was established in 2001 to provide many services for select clients. The creative studio approach of Nilsson Architects allows us to create custom solutions, to provide a high level of service and to deliver quality.
