Residential Architecture: We work on all types of projects from backyard studios and small kitchen additions to large custom houses and neighborhood developments. We believe that good design should be accessible to everyone no matter the size of the project or budget. Historic Preservation: We have worked on over 100 homes located in Nashville's historic neighborhoods. We know the ins and outs of historic neighborhood guidelines and how to work with Metro Historical Commission Staff for a smooth approval process. Our interest in preservation stems from both our education and an appreciation for historic buildings and neighborhoods. Interior Design: We offer interior design services that include space planning, interior architecture, and interior selections for cabinetry, cabinetry hardware, counter tops, door hardware, interior and exterior finishes, feature concepts, drawings and elevations, lighting, plumbing faucets and fixtures, plumbing accessories, tile, and tile patterns. These services are available for clients seeking to build a custom home, as well as developers. We will work alongside you to create a design direction and deliver a complete selections specification package, detailing all interior selections and drawings.
