Oasis Design

We hired James at Oasis Design to bring the vision of our perfect home to reality. We came to him with a concept, rough sketches and lots of ideas and James was able to interpret what we were telling him and over a number of visits created our dream. Of course, there are always compromises to be made on any new custom home but James was able to minimize the impact of the lot size and proximity of neighbouring houses and maximize the privacy and scenic views we were able to end up with as well as finding solutions for problems which we thought insurmountable. We are at the 60% completed stage and anytime we have any questions, concerns or need drawing interpretations James is always available to assist with us or the builder for whatever issue has cropped up. We would not hesitate to recommend Oasis Design and James for anyone considering a custom home project and we will certainly hire him for our next project.

James is always on top of the latest trends and his attention to detail is great. Drawings are easy to interpret and building according to spec is made simple. From floor layouts, to structural aspects of the job, James can do it all.

His construction background combined with his creativy assures that an interesting design can actually be built according to the way it was designed.
