On the Line Design

We are immensely thankful that Dan Pero, of "On the Line Design" was recommended to us for our home design. A++! We had experienced working with an architect prior to meeting Dan, but after two years, the designed home was larger than we wanted, the building estimate was well over our budget, and the architect fees had maxed us out. As difficult as it was, we walked away completely - after two years. When we met Dan Pero, our frustrations over a difficult, lengthy, and costly process were over! He was super easy to work with, flexible, available, pleasant, open to suggestions, quick with ideas and changes, efficient and very patient. Communicating the house of ones dreams is not an easy process. There are many nuances, features and personalized elements that individualize a home, customize it, and make it special. Dan delivered on every aspect - the process was simple and enjoyable from start to finish. The end result is that we have a home design that works for our lot, meets our wants, needs and dreams - and the fees were very reasonable.
