When city officials alongside influential board members violated protocols for code-enforcement, which threatened accruing fines & subsequent liens imposed, Mina did not hesitate to prioritize creating plans I needed to submit to acquire permits. She was also reasonable throughout the process, charging me her usual nominal fee and not price-gauging like other firms would have when needing a fast turnaround. I highly recommend Mrs. Poler. I have used her services several times. Always timely and reliable. With her creativity and well rounded experience she will present at least 3 proposals but respects the client's opinion and style. She adapts to the customer's budget and finds the less expensive, if necessary, without sacrificing quality. Mina started with a friendly approach showing me a catalog of different styles and ensembles and asking me informative questions in order to narrow down a better understanding of my wants as a customer. Then, she generated different plans for each room that methodically aligned with each vibe I wanted to feel and the budget I wanted to spend -- prepared with alternative suggestions in case I wanted any changes. I know what kind of feel I wanted to get from each room she decorated, but I couldn't picture assembling it the way she did. She provided me with modern ensembles that combine creative colors, wallpapers, cool shaped furniture tastefully putting the rooms together, and of out of the box solutions that combine classy, fun, and relaxed atmospheres. I believe that Mina's intuition and ability to identify my wants; and her preemptive preparation that provided multiple, versatile solutions in case I wanted any changes to her suggestions are two attributes that separates her from most professionals in all fields. Throughout the process she asked some personal preference questions in order to better assess in what way to pivot the project. She had a rolodex of capable labor from numerous technical backgrounds in case a specific obstacle needed managing. As far as professionalism, throughout the project Mina exemplified the motto "preparation is key to success."

I hired P&P Architectural Advice most recently a little over a year ago to update my condominium. The work included design, wall papering some areas, furniture selection and reupholstering existing furniture. I was and am very pleased with their work and the easy in dealing with Mina. I have done other more extensive work in the past ( full remodel of another condominium) and was also very pleased. I recommend them 100%.

Mina helped me design a beautiful, modern Yoga Studio in Panama. Most people comment on how beautiful and "zen" this space is, which is exactly what I wanted to convey. She was very attentive to my needs and implemented them in the design. Totally recommended!
