We worked with Pacwest on a new home construction. It was great to have the whole project, from architecture, general contracting, and design, under one roof. The Pacwest team was fantastic, always willing to engage on questions or concerns, and they always had a customer-centric orientation focused on ensuring we were happy with the direction things were heading. We provided Pacwest with a broad vision of what were were looking for, and the architect took those broad brush strokes to design a home within our budget and with a design that was truly stunning. The project manager was fully on top of day-to-day operations, and our designer took our general design aesthetic to the next level in helping us select finishes, fixtures and materials that completed the whole look. In the end, we ended up with a magnificent new home, even beyond what we imagined could have been possible. I highly recommend Pacwest.

PacWest Builders has a remarkable team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Interior Designers, and Customer Support. Having built and owned several high-end custom homes, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to build a new one from the ground up. Our new home in Bend has many unique features that required meticulous attention but, from inception to the final phase, PacWest made the process easy for me and my wife.

I had the pleasure of using Pacwest Builders in Bend Oregon to construct a beautiful deck onto the front of my home over looking the Deschutes river. Spencer Williams did an outstanding design for the deck so it blended perfectly as part of our custom three story home. The attention to detail, from the hardwood decking to custom Bronze railings, sets the front of the house as a stand out structure for social gatherings for entertaining. I can not ask for a more competent and thorough designer and construction company to work with. Absolutely the best.

A quality home that will provide a wonderful environment for years. We had the worst winter in recent memory, and this home came through snow, ice melt, wind and low temperatures with flying colors. We have an incredible view lot, and PacWest was able to capture our vision and build into the neighborhood with a distinctive, yet, complimentary home. We are proud to show it off, and the comments we receive all include the obvious quality that is built in.

Our home is amazing! We changed builders before we broke ground as are so thankful we did! Pacwest took the design we brought to them and truly turned it into a work of art! The team they have is stellar; it is wonderful to have an architect and interior designer on staff. Pacwest recently completed building our home in Tetherow and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their craftsmanship and artistry were exemplary. Every stage of construction from the foundation and framing, all the way to the minute details of the finish work were done to perfection. Pacwest accomplished this task by assembling a dedicated team of the best craftsmen and artisans. Each team member demonstrated a tremendous sense of pride and ownership towards our project. This gave us confidence that Pacwest was the right choice for building our home. Our home was designed by Mackprang Designs before we ventured out to select a builder. Another benefit of utilizing the resources that Pacwest had to offer was having their lead architect, Spencer Williams review our plans to ensure it met Pacwest construction standards. Our home thus benefited from having two key resources in it's review before construction began. Another integral member of the Pacwest team was Kristy Yozamp, our interior designer. All design selections were made in close collaboration with Kristy in order to get the exact look we were looking for. Having the designer under the same roof as the project manager was a great blessing because it made communication much simpler and very efficient for implementing changes quickly. What was also impressive was her keen ability to find solutions to any problems that arose which ultimately worked to our satisfaction. We are very happy that we chose Pacwest and would choose them again if and when we build another custom home.

We love our home built by Pacwest. The whole staff was always supportive and responsive to our needs. They have a great design team that guided us through the whole process. They knew the best places to acquire appliances, stone work, lighting, etc. which took away the stress of finding everything on our own. They also suggested ideas we hadn't thought of that made our home even more unique. Pacwest used subcontractors that provided outstanding results. They were flexible and completed their work on time. Pacwest said they'd build a quality home and they did. Not only was our home what we wanted, but our relationship with Pacwest was exceptional. Pacwest said they stand by their homes and it's true. They provided a followup a year after our home was built and happily touched up some issues. Customer satisfaction is part of their vision and from our experience, it's true. Our relationship with Pacwest was a positive experience and it continues to this day. Bottom line: Would we build with them again? Absolutely!

To have a custom "dream home" built you need to be able to work with a builder that can listen to your wants and needs and make that dream home a reality. For anyone who has taken on this challenge you know the hundreds of decisions that have to be made. Starting with the design concept and footprint of the home to the paint colors and the door knobs! This can be a daunting task that is incredibly time consuming and as absentee owners, the challenges are even greater. We give the Pacwest team high marks for being able to work with us from concept and design ( Jim and Spencer ) to construction ( Conone, Mick ) to interior design and décor ( Kristy ). You need to trust your team. This team served as our advisors and "eyes on the ground" and our experience with them culminated in a home that we love but also achieved public recognition by winning 6 of 8 awards in its' category in the 2014 COBA Tour of Homes. We had Pacwest build a 5000 sqft house with a walk out basement on a lot that we had purchased a number of years earlier. We had checked out other builders, including the quality of their construction through the annual 'Tour of Homes' and have been extremely happy to have chosen Pacwest. Their relationship with their subs and their ability to negotiate reasonable bids kept our construction cost below current prevailing rates, yet maintaining high quality. Issues during construction were minor and when they occurred Pacwest handled them in a professional manor and absorbed all additional costs. We had an excellent working relationship during the entire process. Their staff were very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We worked with Pacwest Homes to build our first custom home. We were clueless about the process or what to expect. We found everyone at Pacwest to be professional, considerate and VERY easy to work with. We had the additional challenge of building remotely. We received pictures of the progress each Friday and came to Bend monthly to pick materials and make decisions. We love our Pacwest home and would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

Our experience with PacWest was extraordinary. We hired PacWest to design and build our house at Black Butte Ramch, Oregon. Their architect designed the home, which is a shingle style lodge home. Working with the PacWest team was wonderful in all respects. I had so much help from their interior designer-she came up with great ideas and suggestions to make the home truly special. There was great attention to detail and wonderful craftsmanship by all of the people that worked on our home. The entire experience was fun-and not many people can say that about building a home! And the owners of PacWest are now friends.
