Very professional and has helped with several plans. Has done great work! She also has some great understanding of the design I was going for.

We are a small real estate investment company in Dallas. When we purchased a 2 story home built in 1925, my partner and I turned to Pam Chapman for her expertise in rendering a floor plan for this house. The property was basically a 1900 square foot box and Pam designed an open floor plan that allowed for use of every square foot of this house. It was as if we were literally building the home from ground up. If you are looking for a professional to render a design for you that will capture your vision, then look no further than Pam Chapman.

Pam worked with us to help evaluate what could be done to our then home to adapt it to our lifestyle and when we decided that it simply wasn't practical, she helped us evaluate one house, before helping us settle on the one we are in now. She provided drawings and suggestions for improvement that we thought we wonderfully helpful and insightful. We were thrilled with her services!

We hired Pam as our architect to remodel our home, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Her design are brilliant, and she's so easy to work with. We highly recommend her!

Pam is a very talented architect and we love our new kitchen! We hired her for a complete kitchen remodel. Our kitchen went from a cramped u-shape with little space for storage to a beautiful bright open-concept design with a large island, custom cabinets, and great workflow. She has an eye for design and meshed our ideas into a beautiful space. She saw a lot of things we wouldn’t have and we are so glad we listened to her insight – even little things like additional lighting and locations for outlets etc. She was flexible and helped with all of the choices along the way. We look forward to using her for our future projects – she has some great ideas for our bathrooms!

We did a complete renovation of our kitchen and several common areas. When we initially approached her to give us some ideas she prepared plans from conservative (what we thought we wanted) all the way through pretty radical (or so we thought at the time). We ended up doing the most radical plans after sitting with them for a while and we don’t regret a thing! Our house was built in 1972 so it had choppy little rooms. We opened up four walls and combined all four rooms. We expanded the kitchen to take up two of the rooms making the kitchen giant! She worked with us on placement of appliances, drawers and cabinets. Also, she had the brilliant idea to swap the laundry room with the room intended to be the pantry. The lighting designs and fixture recommendations turned out beautifully and really are the icing on the cake. Since we contracted this job ourselves, Pam referred us to many wonderful contractors that worked harmoniously together. You’ll notice in the photos there are still a few finishing touches we are doing ourselves and have yet to complete them. We couldn’t be happier with the design.

Pam is quick to respond and works quickly and efficiently. She is very straight-forward in letting me know my options based on the budget and my design preferences. Pam worked very well with the Contractor and Construction team when necessary and all without the ego that can sometimes be seen. I really appreciated Pam's design aesthetic and knowing where to splurge and where to save. She made the most of a small kitchen and made the most of the natural light. Pam allowed me to see all of the possibilities in my large project without making it feel overwhelming. I highly recommend her for your next project!

I was looking for an architect to help with my home remodel and found Pam on Houzz. She was a tremendous help with the architecture piece but she provided excellent guidance with the complete finish out. She is reasonable and well worth every penny.

We wanted to have the interior of our new home re-designed. It was a house built in 1978 and it needed some love. I provided Pam with the existing plans and she re-vamped them to bring our home into current times. Her creativity with the space opened my eyes to things I hadn't even thought of. Her attention to detail is amazing - providing spot on electrical schematics, etc... for all my other contractors. Pam designed a remodel for our master bathroom. Through our conversations, she heard what we were looking for, designed it and led us in selecting the materials. She helped us choose everything: the tub, plumbing fixtures, floor and wall tile and paint. Pam responded quickly when we had questions during construction, which was critical for an ontime completion of the project.

Excellent experience and results! Pam is an awesome architect and designer. She really listens to what you want and offers many ideas. She helped us remodel our kitchen and improved the work triangles and space storage very successfully. I love the new look and feel of the kitchen. She helped me coordinate everything with the right color and feel from the granite to the backsplash to the sinks and floor. She was always there when we needed her with a question or if we needed her to come out during the remodel to give her professional opinion or experience. She worked well with the various subs on the job. She matches your budget well with your personal tastes and expectations. I would recommend her to anyone.
