Paradigm Lost Architectural Design is a metro Denver Colorado based residential architecture and design studio specializing in new construction, additions, pop-tops and remodels for single family, duplex and townhome projects. Owner, principal designer, licensed Architect, and licensed General Contractor, Phil Loper, has 25+ years’ experience working independently, as well as in other architecture firms, general contracting firms, construction project management and the construction trades. Also equipped with an architectural design degree (B.Envd), earned with honors, from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Phil possesses a comprehensive understanding of both architecture and construction practices. Phil strives to provide a practical and streamlined approach to the design process. This can help to alleviate miscommunications and bridge the often present gap between what is designed and how it gets built. And, since every aspect of each project is personally handled, or directly supervised by Phil, every client can be assured that no detail goes unchecked, and their true vision becomes reality.
