Eric from PatriArch was fantastic to work with. We hired him to design a second-story addition for our home, and from the start, he incorporated all our ideas in a thoughtful and practical way. Eric’s knowledge of the Town Code was invaluable, and he expertly designed within those parameters. He guided us smoothly through the design review process and neighbor outreach, helping us avoid any objections to our plan. Eric also provided helpful contractor referrals and assisted us in selecting the right team. Although we’re still in the construction phase, he’s remained easily accessible whenever questions arise. I highly recommend working with Eric!

We worked with Eric on a complete transformation of our home and could not be happier with how it turned out! We found Eric through Houzz and initially loved his style. Working with Eric was an absolute pleasure. He is easy to work with, open to feedback, knowledgeable about light and flow and experienced with bringing a project from concept to reality. He guided us through a difficult design review through our town (making sure we got our neighbor's approval) and worked with the proper stakeholders to make sure our project would be approved. He made a stressful experience manageable and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Eric.

We enjoyed working with PatriARCh (Eric) on our home renovation and appreciate all his architectural & engineering expertise, ideas and guidance throughout the project. We landed on a design we love and also appreciate Eric thinking ahead and designing to conform with HOA and county specific requirements. Our home is set on a hill and on a unique lot, and Eric was very helpful in determining what was possible & best given that as well as balancing what we hoped for. We are very happy with the result. Our contractors are finishing up the project that we anticipate to be done ~ November 2024. We would work with Eric again.

I cannot say enough great things about working with Eric! We had such a positive experience that we have since referred him to others in need of an architect. He really listened to what we wanted and provided several different options for us to consider before we honed in on the final design. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Eric maximized the space we were working with and designed the perfect home for our family. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and creative in his designs, often coming up with ideas we hadn't even considered, he was so helpful throughout the entire permitting process as well as during our search for a contractor, providing referrals as well as questions to ask while we did our due diligence. We absolutely loved working with Eric and would most definitely work with him again on any future projects!

From the beginning he has listened to us about our ideas all while paying close attention to our financial limitations. Not only is he an amazing architect, he is also a developer giving him detailed insight into the cost of building. We had very little experience with construction or building and he walked us through many processes that weren’t necessarily part of his job, and did it in a way that was respectful and didn’t make us feel as uneducated about the construction world as we were. He is an extremely kind person who is very easy to talk to, relatable, and most importantly has his clients best interest at heart in every conversation. One conversation with him and you'll see. Our experience with Eric was fantastic! He took our 1940s awkward cottage and turned it into an open and functional space with an additional 900sq. ft. He was clever about maximizing space, given our constraints. He designed a beautiful and functional plan, while listening to our particular needs as a young family with little kids. We definitely appreciated his thoughtfulness regarding staying on budget. His background in structural engineering gives him a practical edge over other architects that we certainly appreciated. Eric is extremely professional, fun to work with, and responsive to emails and calls. As first time remodelers, he even "held our hands" and walked us through the contractor and designer interviews and selections, as well as the permitting process.

Our family conducted a year-long renovation and substantial addition of our early 1900 farmhouse-style home. Eric's careful evaluation of the site, the methodical placement of the addition, the interior layout and balance, and the overall exterior architecture - were all done exceptionally well. Its not often you find someone with such well-rounded talents. We offer Eric our highest compliments on his skills as a design professional, his ability to be engineer of record, his knowledge of the construction and materials trades, and very importantly - his mannerisms and trusted relationship with the Town to shepherd the property approvals to a successful conclusion - in one public meeting! We held our budget. We finished materially on time. and we enjoyed ourselves along the way. A talented, trustworthy partner on a long, complicated project.
