Paul Orentlicher, Architect

Paul helped us with a large renovation of both the interior and exterior of our home. His designs were well thought out and he was extremely open and collaborative with us as he developed the plans. Paul is meticulous in his drawings and created crystal clear plans for the contractor, achieving a smooth and accurate execution. In a large renovation, things are bound to come up. Paul was there to help us get through the hiccups with solutions that were always in our best interest. He made design changes on the fly that have become some of our favorite parts of the project. We have never been through anything of this size and Paul was a great choice to help us navigate a sometimes chaotic process. He was mindful of our budget, although the project grew in size ( partly based on his great ideas) and he always listened to all our crazy ideas and was extremely patient with our incessant questions. We absolutely love the result and highly recommend Paul!

I would highly recommend Paul Orenlichter for any type of residential project. He is a talented architect and designer who brings exciting and creative ideas to the project. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was enthusiastic, dependable and completely committed to my project. He worked very hard to keep my project on schedule and on budget. Paul Orentlicher designed a beautiful kitchen and studio addition for our home. He was incredible to work with and always highly professional. What sets him apart from other architects was he was super creative, and respectful of your opinions and your budget. He was exceedingly honesty and full of integrity. Our house was transformed from an average home to one that you could call a showpiece. People still compliment our architectural designs, years after the project was done. We owe that all to our architect. Best decision we ever made was to hire Paul Orentlicher.

Paul Orentlicher was everything I could I have wanted in an architect. He had vision, was easy to work with and I felt like he had MY best interest in mind in terms of the design and the cost. After the job was completed he asked me, what I would have done differently....and I couldn't think of anything!
