Austin designed our coastal contemporary home, which is currently under construction in Manhattan Beach, California. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the project. He's creative and highly skilled, but also adept at explaining things in a way that clients can understand. Austin Peters did a wonderful job creating architectural plans for a new multi-story modern-style house in Manahattan Beach. In addition to being a beautifully and functionally well-design home, my contractor statement that his plans were very comprehensive and very easy to follow. Our mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design firm has had the opportunity to work with Austin Peters on several projects. Austin is a problem solver. He has an understanding of how the system works from design concept through working drawings and, finally, through the construction process. Austin communicates well with the design team and in working with contractors.

We had a unique project that was a main house for a family of 6 kids plus 3 2-bedroom full stand alone casitas as guest house and gramps units on half an acre. We needed to maximize the living square footage with minimal footprint to maximize available yard space. We also wanted a timeless relaxed style that wasn’t pigeon holed heavy Tuscany or the trendy contemporary cape cod. Austin worked patiently with us rendition after rendition taking actual sun light progression from sun up to sun down into consideration. The result is a 15k sq ft, 18k if you count the decks and garage, understated elegant masterpiece that includes a rock slide, waterfall grotto, pool, sport court, batting cage, oversized covered patio, fire pit, full size straw hut outdoor bbq wet bar, 2 lane bowling alley, movie room, details too many too list out. The project was finished built out and signed off last year early 2017. We are still shopping to finish all the details and furnishings. ❤️❤️❤️
