Donovan AIA & Associates, was established in 1976. With over four decades in practice, we are a multi-disciplined architectural firm located in Bedminster, serving the Delaware Valley region, and in the City of Bethlehem, serving the Greater Lehigh Valley region. In addition, we are licensed to practice architecture in the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Connecticut and New York. We specialize in new construction and renovation projects, including residential, commercial, municipal architecture, historic renovation, restoration and adaptive reuse, and land planning and sustainable design. The breadth of our work includes homes, schools, churches, municipal complexes, museums, senior centers, libraries, office and industrial complexes, shopping centers and various other types of facilities. Knowing who to call when you have a design need is so important. And when they care about sustainability and are ethical it’s all the better. So grateful that P&D are right here in the Lehigh Valley to assist with permits and design talent and advice. Five stars is well earned. I had a small but amazing kitchen update and added more windows. Choosing the right ones for comfort and rating without loss of heat was unknown to me. I made the best choice with their expert help. All the little things do add up. They care no matter the size of your project. Much appreciated.
