PivkoDesigns is a full service, award winning, residential design studio dedicated to creation of timeless and unique architecture. Our team has a 20-year track record of delivering exceptional design services for clients across Fairfield, Litchfield and Westchester Counties. Additionally, with a strong, hands-on construction experience, we partner with other building professionals in a Design-Build collaboration arrangement. Our diverse portfolio consists of custom residences, additions, remodelings and historic restorations. We had the good fortune of hiring Greg for a complete renovation of our 100+ year old farm house. His insightful welcome opinions and guidance were invaluable throughout the process. Always on time or ahead of schedule he kept the project moving with detailed well conceived deliverables. Renovation is inherently disruptive and full of surprises. Yet, with Pivko leading the way we were well prepared and equipped to handle the many challenges and key decisions. Our house is now better than ever largely because Greg knew it would be and how to make it happen.

We had a pleasure of working with Greg and Marzena on replacing and extending our deck to accommodate a hot tub and to create a more useful outdoor space. They designed our new deck, helped us find a contractor and worked with us and the contractor throughout the whole process until the project was completed. Greg and Marzena combine creative talents with practical knowledge about building what they design. They present very innovative and creative solutions with constant focus on their client’s needs and preferences. They are great to work with; professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They transformed our old, small deck into a beautiful outdoor space that we use a lot with our friends. We highly recommend Pivko Designs for any project.
