Maggie at Point B has earned an A+ with honors on our extensive rehab project. And the project has not been an easy one. Our family's design requirements and vision expanded a bit in the middle of the project, such that we required Maggie to rework structural and aesthetic design details. Demolition uncovered a few unanticipated conditions that required material and design changes. On top of this, we lived out of state for the majority of the project. She took these challenges in stride, while ensuring our home would maintain a nice flow and accommodate a growing family of toddlers and pets. At this point it's hard to imagine this project without Maggie's skill for empathizing/understanding both what we wanted aesthetically and ongoing budgetary considerations. Her experience has also translated well on site—it's been astounding to see the details come to life as the contractor and builders execute her vision. She continues to be involved throughout the building process, even helping us vet and hire a landscape architect. She seems as invested in the home as we are. And as an added bonus, it's fun to work with Maggie. She is easy to be around. Any project can have tense moments, weather delays, scheduling conundrums...we found her calm demeanor to be invaluable throughout!

Design of a 4000 square foot cottage with attached 4 car garage with a loft was provided. The 3D model made it easy to navigate through the house to see every detail and dimension needed. The drawings were well detailed and the technical support was superior. Highly recommended.

Maggie Wylie completely changed my old, outdated & closed-in kitchen, took out a weight-bearing wall, and designed my dream kitchen that's spacious, airy, functional, and open to the adjacent sun room and dining room. Her ideas are creative and insightful. The whole project went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the end-result!!
