We contacted PDC to assist us with a plan which required an architect to complete. After explaining what we all needed, PDC prepared a clear and thoughtful plan which was outlined in their proposal to us. PDC are good communicators, and expeditious with the small project that we had. There were no hidden costs within their fee. The result was successful, and we plan to use PDC for other projects in the future.

We have had the privilege of working with PDC on a number of different residential projects in the Princeton are. we find the team at PDC to be knowledgeable about the residential building market. We have worked with the team on various product lines. We find PDC to be a very collaborative company to work with. They do a great job of setting expectations with both the homeowner as well as suppliers like ourselves. we have worked closely with them on all aspects of performance, pricing and value-engineering. they have a hands on approach, which makes it easier for all of us to recognize potential trouble areas and get any issues resolved quickly. This past season we completed one of the largest residential landscape projects we have done to date which was designed by Princeton Design Collaborative (PDC). PDC created a timeless “outside the box” design solution to solve a code requirement in an imaginative way that accentuated the properties attributes. This project involved a lengthy approval process by multiple government authorities, which PDC handled with their design team and assisted us with the last leg for building permits with the town. PDC brought several sustainable measures to the project in the form of plant material, site building products, efficient lighting and a multi tank rain collection system that we collaborated on in the planning stage, then executed. All these design measures by PDC will make for a lasting and unique outdoor retreat sure to bring the client years of enjoyment while having little to no impact on the environment which it resides in. We look forward to Collaborating on future projects with PDC and highly recommend them you your upcoming Landscape Architecture project to create your own private Oasis.

I appreciate being contracted to photograph all of Princeton Design Collaborative’s completed projects over the past decade. I have seen up-close PDC’s design process through to completion, their attention to detail, and have met many of their clients who are delighted to have their homes photographed. I have known PDC’s three main design leads for architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture for many years, even prior to the group forming. These individuals all have the vision and talent for great design, be it a new house, a renovation, outdoor living area, or even a corporate office. I enjoy photographing each PDC project as they are all custom-designed with client input. The details, new and innovative lighting and fixtures, and sustainable design practices used all add to the overall quality of the projects. Personally, I had PDC redesign my small bathroom to maximize space and give it a European spa-like feel with large Spanish tile and German stainless steel fixtures. I am interested in continuing work with PDC both on the photography side of things, and future home renovations. They are highly-recommended.

I had a pleasure working on John Conroy’s project as a lead electrician from Princeton, NJ. I cannot emphasize enough his talent and vision on designs that make his project timeless. Since, my task on his project entailed electrical work, I was able to see ins and outs of his project. Let me say, his project was not only esthetically pleasing but precise and accurate as well. John was very attentive and was always eager to explain me things that I was curious about. I have worked in three different states performing electrical troubleshooting on houses, commercial buildings, high risers, you name it, I have seen my fare share :). Working on John’s project will definitely be the one that I will remember for a long time.
