When a friend asked us who we were using for the renovation of our home in Laurel Park, we were pleased to learn that they had also worked with Tiffany Prudhomme for their own major remodeling project. That acknowledgement came with the advice, "Do whatever Tiffany tells you to do!" Well we took that advice to heart and though she never told us what to do, we trusted her recommendations and we are so glad that we did for she created a masterful floor plan that completely transformed this house built in 1960. Now the house is an open, bright and spacious living area taking full advantage of a wonderful view and the beautiful wooded nature in which the house is situated. Our builder had recommended Prudhomme Design to us as the most pleasant and most reasonable architect/designer he had ever worked with. That assessment proved completely true as she deftly navigated the unforeseen issues that inevitably are part of any large undertaking. A good listener and a calm presence, it was easy and enjoyable working with Tiffany. Working together we were able to do some of the leg work while making the most of Tiffany's time, experience, and creativity. Busy as she is, she is quite efficient at meeting requirements and expectations in a timely manner. We are more than pleased and delighted with the final result we have achieved in a substantial remodeling effort. Tiffany has our highest recommendation as a professional who combines seamlessly the responsibilities of architect and designer.

Tiffany has the unique ability to get inside your head and totally make recommendations based on your style preferences. She was instrumental in helping come up with plans and working with my contractor on a MAJOR remodel of my house...guiding me to vendors and helping select the perfect choices to make my home become the vision I had hoped for. Then she helped with selection of window coverings and furniture that I needed. I highly recommend her with no reservations.

We have been very pleased with the excellent design of our home, the attention to detail and the timeline that Prudhomme Designs provided us. We are now in the final stages of home construction and we are really pleased with the result thanks to the thoughtful process used to think about interior spaces and furnishing needs as well as the overall curb appeal of the home. Tiffany Prudhomme designed our dream home and we couldn't be more happy with the final results. I showed her some inspiration pictures in the early stages and she incorporated everything I wanted. She had great ideas but cared above all about what we wanted. We hired Tiffany to do monthly inspections during the construction period as well because we were living out of state. We also used her interior design talents during and after the construction process. Working with Tiffany over the entire span of the project was a pleasure. She is smart and could speak to every facet of our project in detail whenever a question came up. She was a great problem solver anytime issues came up during the construction process and helped me with the endless decisions selecting interior finishes - light fixtures, cabinet finishes, countertops, etc. She has such a calm demeanor and nice personality which took so much stress out of the process and was so appreciated. Tiffany is a gem and was instrumental in making our dream home a reality.

Tiffany and Rick brought a high level of experience, knowledge, and professionalism to our custom home build. With a million possible decisions to make, they helped us cut through to make choices that made sense for our aesthetic and our budget. The drawings were well thought out and considerate of the historic neighborhood we built-in. Tiffany's design optimized every square inch of our floor plan while keeping storage and flow in mind to create an open home with functionality. Highly recommend.

So much to say here: Tiffany and Rick have brought so much to this small dated house of ours. With practicality and budget to artistry and quality and creativity, we now have a house that is vibrant, interesting, comfortable and beautiful. We love being in every room now and use each space daily - the porches, dining room, living room. We have beautiful, comfortable furniture and rugs and our artwork has been hung to tell a story in each room. Next up is an extensive remodeling of the second floor: more of their talent and skill will be needed. We feel it’s been a terrific experience and we look forward to this next phase!

We cannot say enough good about Rick and Tiffany Prudhomme. They didn't just help us build a house, but they helped us create our home. From start to finish, they both were professional, available, knowledgable and dedicated to the project. Tiffany was incredible to work with, and assisted us in customizing our blueprints until they held every detail we hoped to include. Rick allowed us to choose which parts of the project we wanted him to manage compared to what we hoped to manage ourselves - a type of "a la carte" project management agreement. And his project management was priceless - he overcame hurdles throughout the building process for us and held everyone to a high level of excellence. Their expertise and experience was evident, and we were thankful to have our architect and project manager working together as a TEAM, making things such as cabinet design and ordering more seamless and quick than it otherwise would have been. They also gave us fantastic interior design input and resource recommendations, which proved to us how invested they were in our project. We hope to use them for all of our future building and construction needs, and have already recommended them to our family.

Tiffany and Rick are a delight to work with. They understood our vision, our budget and helped us with reasonable solutions to any of the inherent challenges that pop up in a renovation process. They encouraged us in new directions where it made sense, while always reflecting back to our original sense of style and aesthetic. We absolutely love our master bath and bedroom remodel; it's our personal retreat space. They also helped us with a guest bath renovation that is elegant, yet very comfortable for our guests.

Her creative ideas are fresh and classic, with the ability to add "fun touches" to make the project uniquely beautiful. Rick was on the ball, keeping everything and everyone on track. Tiffany designed and project managed the gutting and total renovation of my upstairs. Everything came in close to budget (within 5k) and was a week earlier than initially projected.

We knew we needed someone to help us with renovating our new home. We hired Prudhomme Design & Interiors, and couldn't be happier with them, the process and the final result. Everything from the beginning meeting at the house, consultations, demo, design, build and small, last minute details went smoothly and on time. Tiffany was so easy to work with, understood our budget and our style, worked with all of the contractors to make sure everyone was staying on task and so much more. If a hiccup came up, they were right there to make sure things were handled quickly, easily and with little to no stress to us. She designed a beautiful and grand kitchen, that we will enjoy for many years to come. She was able to take the ideas in our head, put them on paper and execute them to a reality. We also needed to replace most of the windows in the house. We would have just replaced them in the same design, but Tiffany was the one that told us to redesign the windows, the shape, placement and type. We are beyond thrilled with how the house looks now with our new windows, the new design and listening to her expert advice. Our project involved integrating new design details into an historic home. We needed the final product to have a seamless feel between the old and new elements, but didn’t want to just copy what was there. Tiffany listened carefully to our guidance and helped us think through different ways to accomplish our goal. She then brought us several different concepts to choose from. She worked incredibly well with our contractor and stayed in touch throughout the installation. The final product far exceeded our expectations. The designs Tiffany created complement and enhance the original details in our home and created a real focal point out of what had been an eyesore for us. I hired Tiffany Prudhomme to assist in the complete remodel of my home. At the time, I was living out of state and relied on Tiffany to take care of the design, managing contractors and subs. Everything really. Being a designer as well as an architect was a huge plus when choosing tiles, cabinets, etc. She has exceptional taste and I eventually just said, "Whatever you choose." One day I was so overwhelmed that I broke down and just started crying in her car. She came over later with a bottle of wine to calm my fears. The best part of building a house was working with Tiffany of Prudhomme Design and Interiors. She made the process so enjoyable and her knowledge of space and color is incomparable. The benefit of using Prudhomme Design and Interiors is that not only do you get the best architectural design but I love that Tiffany was also our decorator. Our furnishing are incredible, even after 8 years living in our home. I highly recommend using this company. I couldn't have been happier.
