Mike has a degree in Architectural Design, is a member of the American Institute of Building Design, HBA and is 1 of 9 people in the state of Iowa who is certified through the NCBDC. Mike also has 20 years of design experience and construction knowledge. With all his experience and knowledge you will surely get the home of your dreams. Whether it’s a ranch, two story, cape cod style, split, etc… it is his desire to design the home of your dreams. It is also his desire to design you a house with which you have no regrets. With his experience in design, he has obtained knowledge on how to effectively utilize the space in your house and can suggest different ideas to make your house unique. It was a pleasure working with Mike on the design of our dream home. He took the time to get to know us, learn about what we were looking for in a house and was able to incorporate both my husband vision and my vision into a beautiful home design. Mike paid great attention to detail and was always very prompt in getting us what we needed to move forward with the project.
