I was very impressed with Quality Design & Drafting. My wife and I used them to help us complete a vision we had for a complicated addition to our existing house. They were thoughtful in the planning process and respected our wishes and concerns while creating a beautiful, functional design. We are under construction currently and the builders have found Quality's plan to be very thorough and well thought out. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a good designer. We found Quality Design and Drafting at a local trade show a year ago, and turned out to be one of the best finds we ever found. Kevin, Mike and there staff turned out what we thought would be nearly impossible to create with our existing structural and property, and were able to take our ideas and needs and create a new space we were looking for within a budget we proposed. They were true to there word, honest and upfront with there cost, and never came back to us with "unforeseen extras" a lot of other firms and contractors do. I hired Quality Design and Drafting Services to take a spec print of a house I liked on line and modify it to my needs. They were very friendly and asked a lot of questions. They listened to my ideas as well as make suggestion to make the house even better. I am very pleased with the design and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as well as anyone looking to build a custom home. Kevin and Mike were great to work with and I appreciate all the effort and attention to details that went into my new home.

Our project designer selected Quality Design and Drafting. The delivery of the plans was 100% done when promised and met our initial expectations. Change orders were extremely timely and done right away. While all measurements must be verified, the elevation measurements were off. The rear addition needed modifications of the roof trusses so that the roof lines would match up. The garage elevation was just over 3 feet off which required two extra rows of block to bring it up to height, which cost me $3,500 extra from the mason. So, I would recommend that you ask them to put in more time to check the elevations, even though they will still need to be verified.

Kevin of Quality Design had a very eye catching booth at the builders show. I was amazed then and am still amazed at the graphic detail of their 3D renderings of the finished construction. We had been struggle ling for years over a way to incorporate a bedroom, master bath, kitchen and laundry/mud room onto the first floor of our 138 yr. old stone farmhouse. In just a few minutes he had given us great ideas that we had never considered. He followed up with fantastic plans and pictures that gave us exactly what we had hoped for. We would strongly recommend this company for any new start or make over project.

After purchasing an historic home in Lititz, PA, we needed detailed renovation plans. We chose Quality Design based on their ability to understand our vision for the home and the experience they have in design and construction.
