He provided all the details in the drawings as per the town code requirements. The permit was approved in the 1st shot and construction started. We were very please with RAB architects. Rami was very kind and courteous. He explained things to us as laypeople we would not understand. We have a big project that involves the backyard, driveway and garage and Rami walked us through all the things we needed to know and understand what to tell contractors as we move through the project. Mr. Rami Bitar is one of the best architects I ever dealt with as he was economical, reasonable and fair. He absolutely exceeded our expectations on recent home improvement design plan he crafted for us to renovate/remodel w/extension of our newly purchased property in Hackensack, NJ. He was, knowledgeable, proficient, committed and accommodating to deliver the appropriate design w/flexibility to allow a room for improvement as desired. Mr. Bitar is a knowledgeable and an expert individual who cares and understands his customer goals and objectives technically and economically to zero on the best design for their need. His expertise on design functions and material specifications caught us by surprised especially for a young person to go an extra mile and carefully study the site location to make "a simple but never came to the mind of an ordinary homeowner" a recommendation for room locations based on the "Sun-Set" and "Sun-Rise". This dedications and care deserved our total respect and appreciation - it was certainly beyond us - really!! He was determined and judgmental in making recommendations to changes and decisions, we made, and carefully coordinated the Zoning/Construction/Plumbing/Electrical/Fire drawing comments’ and questions to meet the appropriate International/State/City code requirements as applicable and on the fly in order to obtain the necessary permit/s and to ultimately get the plan on contract. I recommend him highly and by the way he was recommended “highly” by one of my best friend at work who owns roughly 20 houses to flip 2 to 3 of them yearly as second source of income.

Rami is a very nice and professional architect ... I hire him to do my pharmacy work from A-Z .. He did great Job starting from drawing the blueprint to follow up with the construction people and direct them about the work ... He took care about every single detail in the store and guess what !!?? he also knewed all the board of pharmacy requirments and did all the work according to their standards without even bothering me with any question. The great thing about Rami is he is always self confident about his work and he knows that his work is perfect no matter what other people may say. So , If any body looking for an open minded archetict and always available for any question with a classy taste and touches...Rami is definetly the guy that u want to hire... If you are looking for a detail oriented architect that has an eye for design and space, look no further. We have a project to gut renovate a >100 year old brownstone property in Jersey City. We were working with a different architect as part of a full service construction company. When we decide to change contractors, we had to look for a new architect quickly in order to avoid delays. After speaking with a few candidates, we decided to work with Rami and it was one of the best decisions in this project. Here are some of the highlights from our experience: - Responsive. This is one of the most important qualities we look for in an architect. We needed someone that would respond to our questions when we have them (not days later). - Trustworthy. After the initial drawing, we paid Rami in full. However, he continues to be reachable afterwards for questions and general advise. - Opinionated. If you are looking for someone that will say yes to all your ideas, he may not be for you. However, if you see value in someone that challenges your ideas and suggests alternative designs, that is one of Rami's strongest points. - Flexible. Rami spent Saturdays and week day evenings with us polishing our design before drawing the blueprint. I can’t even imagine our old architect doing this with us. In summary, I highly recommend Rami. We think he is simply fantastic!

I called a few architects that were referred to me , all the other companies that came to my home ended up scaring me by telling me that i was going to need all these extra things that i did not want or need , and all of them have a set pricing so no matter if you have a small project they will charge you as it were a huge project. My last call was to RAB Architects , the architect Rami came to my home and completely saved my day and reassured me i didn't need all these extra things the other companies demanded i have. RAB works with you and he has great ideas that can save you lots of money and his plans and ideas look great when finished . He is licensed, my town inspectors reviewed his plans and approved me very fast , the town even asked me for his business card since his drawings were drawn very neat and professional at a very reasonable price. RAB pricing is very competitive and he will be any others pricing. You should give him a try , he was the first architect i ever used in my life and i plan to use him again very soon.

We were looking to add a wall in our condo and had no idea we would need an architect for the job. I have never hired an architect and didn't know exactly what to expect but it was clear that Rami was exceptional in everything, from A to Z! He treated us with utmost respect and kindness, explained everything patiently (I'm very pregnant and I need a lot of explanation...), accommodated all of our requests, was very prompt and clear with his responses and in general simply went out of his way in so many ways! RAB architects (Rami Bitar) gets 5 stars from me. He was always there for me; communication with Rami was very easy. My wife and I saw everything on paper (2 dimentional) then Rami put it on 3 dimentional so that looking at it in the computer was like real.
