With strict adherence to each project's requirements and careful attention to detail, his designs routinely exceed his clients' expectations. A bit of a perfectionist, he designs each project as if he owned it, and never takes shortcuts. He won't present a design until he feels it is as good as it can be. Richard has completed projects in Colorado, Florida, New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, Mexico, and the Bahamas. Using materials and architectural styles appropriate for each locale, his designs are always sensitive to their sites and surroundings. Having built seventeen of his own designs, Richard's hands-on construction experience minimizes construction cost, and helps deliver projects on time and on budget.
