I have worked with Richard Manion for over ten years. We as contractors have executed several of Richard's designs. His range is remarkable in that we have worked on a historic restoration, an exquisite traditional and a very contemporary beach home.
What sets Richard apart from some other architects is his personal involvement. Richard's plans are complete and coordinated, but his participation in the weekly job meetings is critical to the success of a project.
Richard is also very collaborative. His ability to keep the entire team, including the homeowner, on point is greatly appreciated.
